## Job Responsibilities

    
- Assist in reviewing, updating, and standardising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across brands.
    
- Support the development and refinement of operational frameworks (e.g., Pre-Opening, POP Review, Service & Product Review).
    
- Conduct data analysis and generate insights for operational dashboards and performance reports.
    
- Help coordinate global improvement projects, including sustainability, quality assurance, and digital transformation initiatives.
    
- Participate in research, benchmarking, and identifying best practices across hospitality and service industries.
    
- Support the documentation and testing of digital tools (e.g., Pre-Opening Software, Audit Software, SOP chatbot).
    
- Prepare presentations, reports, and training materials for internal stakeholders.
    
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

## Job Requirements

    
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations Management, Facilities Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related disciplines.
    
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
    
- Able to work independently and multitask effectively.
    
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about operational excellence and global hospitality operations.
    
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Power BI, Tableau, or process mapping tools is a plus.
