This role focuses on two key programs: Prime and Influencer Relations. You will serve as a central topic specialist to strengthen customer engagement with Amazon Prime's value proposition and to scale Amazon's international influencer programming. This position sits within the Global Stores Communications organization, reporting to the International Comms Lead for Prime & Delivery Experience, and will partner closely with the Head of International Influencer Relations. You will collaborate with global teams to develop and execute strategic communications initiatives across multiple geographies, helping to shape narratives that resonate with diverse audiences while maintaining Amazon's high standards for clear, impactful communication across consumer engagement and brand influence. ## Key Responsibilities - Develop and adapt Prime communications strategies across international regions in partnership with U.S.-based topic leads, including messaging development, campaign planning, and results measurement. - Execute strategic Prime communications programs with in-country teams across 26+ countries by creating and maintaining toolkits, playbooks, and standardized resources that enable effective local execution. - Drive the implementation of Amazon's international influencer brand strategy in partnership with the Head of International Influencer Relations, owning program operations and scaling best practices across markets. - Manage global influencer measurement and reporting, including leading the relationship with the data agency partner, developing performance insights, and making recommendations to optimize future programming. - Lead agency and external partner relationships across influencer and Prime programs, working strategically with central international agency partners on communications activations. - Plan, implement, and measure multi-channel consumer and influencer campaigns, coordinating events, shoots, and industry moments. - Provide communication guidance on risk mitigation and reactive issues management, including developing messaging for business experiments. - Consult on country communications plans to ensure topic consistency, relevancy, and alignment with centralized strategy. - Manage operational processes, including budget tracking, internal request workflows, and ongoing program reporting to drive efficiency and accountability. ## About the Role In this role, you will drive strategic planning for proactive Prime and influencer campaigns, creating compelling narratives that resonate across diverse markets. You will analyze international influencer performance metrics, drawing insights and developing recommendations for future activities. By collaborating cross-functionally, you'll leverage key business insights to inform and enhance communication strategies. Responsibilities include managing communications messaging databases, assessing effectiveness, writing creative briefs for communications programs, and consulting on country communications plans to ensure topic consistency and relevancy.
