Posted 2026-09-23; applications close 2026-11-22. **Apply**: https://recruiting.ultipro.com/LCO1000LCRI/JobBoard/d3414b14-6a0b-4c01-8798-03433e4c4867/OpportunityDetail?opportunityId=2d32d7ad-b9cb-44ab-9463-e08b0d0977a5 Posted 2d ago. ## Role details ## Leasing Consultant 1515 Surf Apartments (LCOR) is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team at our brand new 463-unit mixed-use high-rise community in Coney Island, Brooklyn, New York. ## Responsibilities - Touring prospective residents throughout each building and leasing apartments. - Answering leasing calls and responding to online inquiries. - Processing applications, preparing lease paperwork, and generating weekly/monthly reports. - Resolving resident issues or concerns. - Coordinating and following up on maintenance requests for residents. - Marketing the community through online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media. ## Qualifications and Requirements - 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and customer service. - Experience with high-rise lease-up is preferred. - Knowledge of Yardi Software is a plus. - Working knowledge of LRO is a plus. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Must be available to work most weekends (with 2 days off during the week). - Must be available to work during inclement weather. ## Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary of $28/hr. plus commission, a generous benefits package, opportunities for advancement, and a friendly work environment!
