As One Bank, we are committed to helping our colleagues build sustainable careers grounded in purpose, supported by strong values, and enriched with meaningful opportunities to grow. ## About the Internship The Group Corporate Real Estate Services Sustainability team supports the organisation’s decarbonisation and carbon-neutrality objectives through sustainability reporting, environmental performance management and regional sustainability initiatives. ## What You Will Do - Support the preparation of the annual Sustainability Report and related disclosures. - Collect, organize, and validate environmental data, including energy, water, waste, and greenhouse-gas emissions. - Assist with greenhouse-gas inventory preparation, basic calculations, and supporting documentation. - Analyze sustainability performance and prepare charts, dashboards, and management summaries. - Research sustainability trends, reporting practices, green buildings, renewable energy, and decarbonisation initiatives. - Coordinate with internal teams and regional stakeholders on sustainability projects and follow-up activities. - Support the improvement of reporting templates, trackers, and data-management processes. - Assist with sustainability projects, workshops, and other team initiatives. ## What You Will Learn Through this internship, you will gain practical exposure to: - Sustainability reporting and corporate disclosures. - Greenhouse-gas accounting and environmental performance management. - Sustainability data analysis and visualization. - Decarbonisation and sustainable real estate initiatives. - Project coordination and regional stakeholder engagement. - Professional writing, presentations, and sustainability communications. ## Who We Are Looking For - A diploma, bachelor’s, or master’s student from any academic discipline with an interest in sustainability, climate action, or ESG. - Curious, organized, and willing to learn. - Comfortable working with information and basic data. - Detail-oriented, with good written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Familiarity with sustainability reporting, Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, or other analytical tools is helpful but not required. ## Why Join Us? - Contribute to an annual Sustainability Report and real-world sustainability initiatives. - Develop practical skills in sustainability reporting, carbon accounting, and data analytics. - Gain regional exposure and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation. - Build transferable skills in analysis, communication, and project management. ## Additional Requirements Develop, Engage, Execute, Strategise ## Be a Part of the UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
