Our technology starts with you. ## Your Role: Shift Process Engineer in STMicroelectronics Singapore As a Shift Process Engineer in STMicroelectronics Singapore, you will: - Work in a team, managing daily line operations and handling a variety of photolithography tool types. - Troubleshoot out-of-control situations and decide on the lot disposition in out-of-spec situations, following established out-of-control action plans. - Execute engineering tasks independently or with minimal supervision. - Work on a shift pattern, rotating every two weeks (day/night). - Work across functional groups to ensure key performance indicators are met. - Support the training of operators through specification documentation, establishment of training materials, and training of On-the-Job Training (OJT) trainers (line). - Provide training to the APE/PT team to help them improve their skills. ## Your Skills & Experience Candidates who best fit this position should have: - A Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or Material Science Engineering. - Minimally 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Photolithography processes is preferred. - Working knowledge of Semiconductor processes. - Strong attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good teamwork, communication, and documentation skills. - Familiarity with daily operational matters; prior experience with shift work is an advantage. - The ability to actively involve oneself with equipment counterparts to work on tool/process improvement. ## Company Culture ST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2026 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
