This internship offers an opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and demonstrate project management skills in a competitive and dynamic business climate. - Work on one or several projects with your hiring team, including tracking open actions, conducting deep dives, providing data insights, analyzing processes to identify critical points, and anticipating risks. - Support the team in recommending and executing network improvements. - Contribute innovative, long-term, and lasting solutions beneficial for the entire team. ## A Day in the Life Every day is different as a Program Manager Intern. You will work alongside your dedicated mentor and team on real improvement and innovation projects that support the growth of Amazon's European network. You might spend your morning analyzing a large dataset to identify operational bottlenecks, then spend your afternoon aligning with stakeholders across different countries on a project rollout plan. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, track project milestones, and share updates with senior management. Each month, we will hold 1-2 onboarding days for new hires. ## Qualifications ### Basic Qualifications - Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above. - Available for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) and committed to a 12-month internship. - Currently in your penultimate year and working towards a university bachelor’s or master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, or a similar discipline. - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc. ### Preferred Qualifications - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with others. - Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
