The EMEA Operations Department plays a critical role in supporting Mizuho’s day-to-day activities and ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our clients and business partners. ## What you will be doing Over 10 weeks, you’ll gain hands-on experience within the EMEA Operations Department, working alongside experienced professionals and gaining exposure to the different areas of Operations. You’ll be placed within one of our four Operations pillars, whilst gaining exposure to all four throughout your internship. You’ll have the opportunity to: - Gain insight into Markets Operations, supporting the smooth delivery of Markets products and services. - Gain exposure to Banking Operations, including areas such as payments, cash management, trade finance, and lending. - Learn about Client Lifecycle Management and Control Tower, including client onboarding, KYC, operational controls, and risk assessments. - Support Business Management, Governance & Planning, and Projects & Change Management activities, including process improvement initiatives.
