This entry-level role is ideal for a detail-oriented graduate with one to two years of work experience, eager to build commercial acumen, work with real-world financial models, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. ## Key Responsibilities - **Bid & Quote Support:** Assist in preparing Bid P&Ls for key proposals, tenders, and client contracts. - **Data & Pricing Analysis:** Help analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer price sensitivity to support profitability insights. - **Governance & Compliance:** Document required price approvals, participate in the bid scrub process, and ensure adherence to internal policy and authorization standards. - **Database & Price List Maintenance:** Maintain accurate product cost databases and assist in updating and issuing regional price lists. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with senior analysts, product managers, and sales teams to present clear, data-backed insights. ## Basic Requirements - Full working rights in Singapore. - **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field (Recent graduates welcome). - **Technical Skills:** Foundational proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with data visualization tools, process scripting, or AI tools is a plus. - **Analytical Mindset:** Strong attention to detail with an ability to work with commercial data and basic financial models. - **Communication:** Clear written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, eager-to-learn attitude. - **Certifications (Optional):** Progress toward professional accounting certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is advantageous but not required. ## Job Details **Travel Requirements:** Under 10% **Relocation Provided:** None **Position Type:** Experienced **Referral Payment Plan:** Yes ## EEO Statement Motorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
