This role involves coordinating project activities, managing documentation, and ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. ## Work Responsibilities - Assist Project Managers in the development and maintenance of project schedules and plans. - Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes. - Track project progress and update status reports. - Manage project documentation, ensuring all files are up-to-date and accessible. - Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders. - Monitor project risks and issues, providing administrative support in resolving them. - Support the onboarding and offboarding of new project team members. - Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support project activities. ## Leadership Expectations At Deloitte, we believe in empowering our people to be leaders at all levels.
