For Sustainability Report 2026, please visit www.temasek.com.sg/SR2026. ## Introduction to the Role The Talent Acquisition (TA) team plays a pivotal role in engaging, identifying, and hiring top talents to drive the firm’s success. The team partners with hiring managers to deliver strategic recruitment solutions with a focus on candidate experience and employer branding. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate engagement, recruitment operations, and ad hoc projects. As a TA intern, you will partner closely with the TA team to support the successful delivery of recruitment initiatives across the organization. Beyond assisting with day-to-day hiring activities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to projects in process optimization, employer branding, and talent intelligence, gaining valuable exposure to strategic talent acquisition practices within a dynamic corporate environment. ## Responsibilities - Support recruiters throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interviewing coordination, and assessment, and offer administration. - Manage candidate communications to ensure a professional and seamless candidate experience. - Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Monitor recruitment progress and provide necessary support to recruiters. - Assist in maintaining recruitment documentation, templates, and standard operating procedures. - Assist in the preparation of user guides for new initiatives to support change management, increase adoption, and knowledge sharing. - Gain practical experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and other recruitment platforms to optimize current processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness. - Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties when required. ### Competencies Gained - End-to-end corporate recruitment processes - Stakeholder management across business functions - Recruitment analytics and workforce reporting - Process improvement and AI applications within TA ## Requirements - Currently pursuing a degree in any discipline with a keen interest in HR and/or Talent Acquisition. - Available to commit a minimum of 6 months for the internship. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities. - Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information. - Self-starter, team player, and possesses the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines. - Proficient IT skills, familiar with search engines and databases.
