The CSA will be responsible for ensuring the accurate completion of customer requests and services, responding to inquiries in a timely fashion, and processing routine bank transactions. The hourly wage ranges from a minimum of $22 to a maximum of $29. The exact pay depends on skills, experience, training, licenses/certifications, language necessities, and location. All applicants must attach a recent resume. ## Responsibilities - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, money orders, cash advances, cashier’s checks, and night drop bags. - Reconcile cash drawers by verifying cash transactions, counting, and packaging currency and coins. - Perform account services for all Dime customers. - Respond to customer inquiries and provide in-depth knowledge of Dime products and services to offer appropriate solutions. - Support the Branch Manager's business development efforts through in-branch sales, phone, and direct mailing campaigns. - Report under the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), including requirements related to Currency Transaction Reports (CTR), Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR), and Dime's internal Suspicious Activity Tracking Report. - Perform New Account and File Maintenance reviews to ensure data accuracy and integrity for SOX 404 purposes. - Maintain current knowledge of bank regulatory requirements. - Identify opportunities to serve clients with consumer and commercial lending needs and refer them to the appropriate department. - Make decisions within their scope of authority (e.g., overdrafts, overrides, signature guarantees) when managers are absent. - Cross-train on both teller window operations and the banking platform as required. ## Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent is required. - Minimum of 1 year of retail banking experience is required.
