Deliver exceptional client experience as a Relationship Banker, embodying our commitment to hospitality and client care. ## Responsibilities - Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive and friendly service in a welcoming environment. - Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations. - Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust by asking questions and listening to anticipate their needs. - Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet their banking needs anytime, anywhere, however they wish. - Quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, while collaborating with and connecting them to team experts for specialized financial needs. - Adhere strictly to all policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements. ## Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills - Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with a proven track record of establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results. - Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate the overall client journey. - Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with a proven ability to tailor product and service features and benefits to clients with diverse needs. - Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail, ensuring a consistent client experience. - Must operate within established risk parameters and meet all internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training. - High school diploma or GED, or foreign equivalent. - Minimum licensing requirements include the Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses. All unlicensed applicants must obtain these licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire; study materials and support are provided. - Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings. ## Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills - College degree or military equivalent. - Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. ## Important Legal Disclosure This position is subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators.
