Join an inclusive team that inspires excellence, delivers meaningful impact, and empowers you to shape your own future. ## Intern for Human Resources ## Responsibilities - Support the Human Resources Leadership Team during a summer internship across various HR functions, utilizing specialized applications, tools, and platforms. - Complete assignments and special projects assigned by HR Center of Excellence department leaders. - Collaborate with other HR internship team members on a cross-functional HR capstone project. - Conduct research, compile analytics, and develop a team presentation to review the output of the capstone project with the HR Leadership Team. ## Qualifications and Requirements - Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Leadership, Human Resources Talent Management, Industrial and Labor Relations, or an equivalent program. - Must have a current or most recent GPA of 3.0 or above. - Possess strong technical acumen, business acumen, critical thinking, and agility skills; demonstrate the ability to drive strategic outcomes while maintaining a professional demeanor and collaborative leadership approach in a dynamic environment. - On-the-job experience in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred. - Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, time management, decision-making, leadership, and analytical skills. - Demonstrate a quality service mindset and the ability to navigate MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook). - Experience with multimedia and/or rapid development authoring tools (Camtasia, Storyline, Captivate) is a plus. - Ability to write basic SQL queries, a basic understanding of relational databases, and/or experience with BI tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx) is a plus. - Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote based on business need. Remote work requires the applicant to be located within the U.S. Client site locations may require travel and extended stays. - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without needing present or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
