KPMG is currently seeking an Advisory Intern for our Advisory practice. ## Responsibilities - Help execute and develop processes and strategy improvements across multiple procurement, supply chain, and operations disciplines, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement Optimization, Order Fulfillment, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Business Process Redesign, Reverse Logistics, Continuous Process Improvement, E-Commerce, and Supply Chain Risk Management. - Support service delivery and/or software implementation projects within the supply chain continuum. - Develop and sustain relationships with client personnel and identify opportunities to provide additional services. - Contribute to the design, preparation, and analysis of reports and findings in a clear, logical, and concise manner. - Complete quantitative and qualitative analysis in a structured and scalable format. - Utilize cutting-edge technology trends, including cloud, machine learning, and AI, to drive data-driven decisions, target operating models, and new business strategies for clients. ## Qualifications - Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering, Operations, or an equivalent program. - Must have a current or most recent GPA of 3.0 or above. - Working knowledge of procurement, supply chain, or E-commerce operations is required; interest and aptitude for technology such as Coupa, Ivalua, JDA, Oracle Commerce Cloud, SAP, and Ariba are preferred. - Strong technical, business acumen, critical thinking, and agility skills; demonstrated ability to excel and drive strategic outcomes, coupled with a professional demeanor and a collaborative leadership approach, in a dynamic, evolving environment. - Ability to leverage common business technologies, including MS Office (with an emphasis on Excel) and AI, and quickly learn KPMG tools and applications used by our clients. - Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to apply professional judgment and skepticism, manage priorities across multiple tasks, and deliver high-quality work in a professional services capacity. ### Logistical Requirements - Must reside within a commutable distance of the office for this position and be responsible for your own transportation to get to and from office/client locations to satisfactorily fulfill job duties. - Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need; if working remotely, you must be located within the U.S. Client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay. - Applicant must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
