## Team Presentation Team

Team Members: Nicolas, Thomas, Carole, Elise, Camille

Investment Thesis of our fund: Seed to Series B Generalist from Hardware to Consumer Europe

## Responsibilities

### Part I - Screening

- Meet with entrepreneurs as part of the team every week.

- Source and identify the most promising technologies and companies, presenting them to the team.

- Attend startup events to gather information on startups, sectors, and emerging trends.

- Conduct deep dives into technology topics of interest to help the team build industry and trend theses.

### Part II - Due Diligence

- Play a key role in due diligence closing processes, including participating in due diligence meetings, reference calls, product, and technical due diligence.

- Perform competitive landscape research, market sizing, and business plan modeling.

- Assist in term sheet negotiations.

- Draft the investment memorandum.

### Part III - Support

- Help manage relationships with Limited Partners (LPs) through events and special trend reports tailored to their interests.

- Organize events and build content to promote the fund within the European ecosystem.

- Build and enhance internal processes.
