## About Eurazeo Real Estate

Eurazeo Real Estate invests in companies that operate their own real assets. We provide assistance on both asset improvement and development strategies, as well as in operation management, leveraging our expertise to contribute financial, strategic, and human resources. To date, Eurazeo Real Estate has completed 17 investments, is launching a new fund, and is actively expanding its portfolio.

You will join our investment team, which is composed of the Chief Investment Officer, three Managing Directors, one Director, two Principals, one Investment Manager, and two Associates. You will join the team as an Analyst.

## Responsibilities

    
- Play a key role in the sourcing strategy and the analysis of potential opportunities.
    
- Monitor existing portfolio holdings and participate in fundraising activities.
    
- Conduct financial and strategic analysis of acquisition targets and sectors under consideration.
    
- Participate in due diligence processes and deal structuring.
    
- Prepare presentations for the Investment Committee.
    
- Monitor and report on investments, and participate in development and external growth projects.
    
- Gain extensive exposure to internal teams (investment and corporate) and external partners (advisors, investment management, and targets).
