Each strategy is unique, offers a specialist quantitative approach, and is designed to deliver highly diversifying absolute returns for institutional portfolios. **About the Role:** The Core Technology Analyst will be part of the team responsible for implementing fund operations functions for the company across a range of managed futures and quantitative style funds. This role also involves the implementation and daily monitoring of service provider businesses. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and adhere strictly to approved company and fund policies and procedures. ## Responsibilities - Independently review the completion of daily "t+1" trading reconciliation for trading positions and cash accounts. - Interact professionally with internal teams, investment managers, and prime brokers to resolve questions and reconciliation differences. - Prepare and review internal performance estimates by reconciling records between the company and counterparties. - Review daily corporate action information and follow up with internal stakeholders and external counterparties. - Generate and review daily and monthly reports, including broker commissions, interest, margin, and performance statistics. - Monitor all Fund service providers. - Review and verify the independent administrator (valuation service provider) month-end Net Asset Value calculation at a detailed level, including complex master feeder structures, fee calculation, and managed account vehicles. Must possess the ability to identify and resolve issues independently. - Manage cash, including accounts payable, treasury management, counterparty margin, and trade settlement, and monitor movements between the Master Feeder structure to ensure compliance with company and fund policies and procedures. - Assist the risk management function in the production and review of daily and monthly reports pertaining to all three business lines. ## Qualifications - Educated to Degree level, ideally with a STEM background. - Ideally 1-2+ years’ experience working at a fund administrator, investment bank, or hedge fund. - Must have an interest in financial markets. - Excellent Excel skills. - Python skills would be an added advantage. ## Applying to this role This Core Technology Analyst role at iSAM runs through the firm's own careers portal and expects a CV and cover letter written specifically for the posting, not a portable submission carried across firms.
