Each strategy is unique, provides a specialist quantitative approach and is designed to deliver highly diversifying absolute returns for institutional portfolios. ## Position Details - This is an on-site position. - Shift work: weekends plus three weekdays. ## About the Role Act as the first line of interaction and defence for the iSAM Securities business, owning the client experience and ensuring efficient, high-quality communication with care and attention to detail. Ensure the day-to-day monitoring and optimisation of algorithmic trading strategies to deliver P&L within the internal risk appetite, including oversight of the internal systems that control these functions. You will work with multiple teams, proactively supporting the needs of the company’s global client base while adhering to company policies and procedures. ## Responsibilities - Assist clients efficiently with queries across all available communication channels, escalating internally where necessary. - Act as a primary point of contact and translate technical updates into clear, client-friendly language. - Lead client-facing communications during incidents, market disruptions and firm-wide updates, working with Marketing to ensure consistency of tone and messaging. - Implement and operate internal systems, optimise revenue and continuously monitor alerts in real time to achieve and protect iSAM Securities’ commercial goals. - Ensure trading operates within risk and compliance limits. - Take full operational ownership of internal connectivity systems to ensure uninterrupted global support and consistency. - Work closely with the Sales team and the firm’s clients to translate client demand into strategy requirements. - Operate with the highest level of integrity and adhere to regulatory standards and best practices. ## Qualifications - Recent graduate or 1–2+ years of experience within financial services. - Degree from a top university in a STEM subject area. - Strong analytical skills. - Coding experience or a desire to learn Python, KDB and SQL. ## Applying to this role This Trading Solutions - London role at iSAM runs through the firm's own careers portal and expects a CV and cover letter written specifically for the posting, not a portable submission carried across firms.
