These connections may take the form of an hour-long phone call between a client and an expert advisor, a survey, or a written research product. Throughout your workday, you will manage multiple projects for investors, strategists, and dealmakers at top-tier client organizations seeking expert insights to inform their decision-making. This communications-intensive frontline role requires you to multitask across parallel workstreams. ## Responsibilities - Own end-to-end client-expert communications, spending a significant part of your day on the phone screening and negotiating with relevant experts to identify the best possible matches for client requests. - Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools to map complex industry value chains and identify and engage with relevant experts. - Understand the project and market context, as well as the legal and regulatory environments in which clients and experts operate. ## Program Experience - Gain an introduction to the business world without being limited to a single industry or profession. - Develop transferable commercial and client management skills, including professional communication, negotiation, persuasion, project management, and time management. - Complete a unique training curriculum and receive intensive on-the-job coaching to develop highly transferable commercial and managerial skills. - Work in an inspiring, high-energy, merit-based environment alongside ambitious peers. ## Requirements - Undergraduate junior graduating in 2028. - Strong academic credentials, with an undergraduate GPA of 3.3 or above. - Noteworthy extracurricular achievements throughout school and university. - Internship experience demonstrating an interest in business is a plus. - Fluency in English and Spanish. - Work authorization in the United States.
