If you want to work on hard problems with real-world impact, join us. ## About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Atoms Real Estate team in the UK. This internship offers hands-on experience across the full acquisition and development cycle, with potential exposure to international markets. You will contribute to sourcing, evaluating, and delivering development opportunities across the UK. ## What You’ll Do - Identify, negotiate, and acquire suitable properties and development sites. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. - Prepare detailed financial models, feasibility studies, and investment appraisals. - Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and internal reports. - Manage planning applications from submission through to authorisation. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, agents, and developers. - Work cross-functionally with legal, finance, and construction teams. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date real estate databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. ## What We’re Looking For - A 2:1 or above in a relevant undergraduate or master’s degree. - Ideally MRICS-qualified (or working towards), with prior experience in acquisitions or planning. - Strong commercial and financial acumen, with excellent Excel and modelling skills. - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. - Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - A collaborative, team-first attitude with the ability to work independently. - High attention to detail and analytical thinking. ## Why Join Us At Atoms, you’ll work on one of the defining challenges of our time: bringing automation into the physical world to drive real, lasting impact.
