## Job Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and business/investment feasibility analysis on platform M&A deal opportunities.

- Assist the team in macro research support to maintain up-to-date financial and benchmark data.

- Construct financial models to support investment decisions and strategic planning.

- Contribute to understanding and mitigating deal risks and concerns.

- Preparing business/investment approval materials.

- Provide support to the team in real M&A deal execution if opportunity arises.

## Job Requirements

- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance or Accountancy.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Familiarity with using Bloomberg, CapIQ, and other M&A databases will be advantageous.

- Possess the ability to multitask and a passion to acquire new knowledge.

- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to connect insights to broader business goals.
