Responsibilities include solution design, prompt engineering, testing, output validation, and continuous optimization. - Build and enhance in-house tools, automation solutions, and data analytics capabilities to strengthen audit effectiveness, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency. - Develop dashboards, visualizations, and analytical solutions that provide actionable insights and support risk-based, data-driven decision-making. - Support the development and maintenance of data marts and automation initiatives to improve data accessibility, reporting capabilities, and overall productivity. - Conduct data analysis, testing, and validation activities to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and effectiveness of analytics and AI-driven solutions. ## Job Requirements - Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. - Strong analytical thinking, financial acumen, and business understanding. - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. - Proficient in Python for data analysis and automation. Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous. - Familiarity with Generative AI, prompt engineering, large language models (LLMs), or AI-assisted productivity tools is a plus. - Dynamic, resourceful, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with strong numerical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. - Keen interest in the banking industry, data analytics, and emerging technologies, with a strong willingness to learn and grow. This role offers a learning opportunity with the department, gaining experience from industry practitioners.
