## Role details

## Responsibilities

- Submit Daily Plan OT into STM Portal

- Submit Bus Transport details

- Enter WTS (Sub-Contractor quota to enter yard)

- Job Number and Manhour Entry in SAP

- Handle issuance and inventory of DRL (Daily Report Log) and consumables/stationery

- Photocopy drawings and documents

- Maintain office housekeeping

- Receive, record, and issue project drawings

- Maintain EHS Briefing name lists and attendance records

- Manage dispatch of Leave Forms and Home Leave applications

- Record and file MCs, Leave Forms, Home Leaves, Single Clocks, and ABC forms

- Collect mail from the letter box

- Maintain the department noticeboard

- Update training schedules for the department and inform the Supervisor

- Dispatch Job Completion Reports to CSB and CSR departments

- Extract and update Consumable usage records in SAP

- Maintain and file repair work specifications

- Compile and raise Requests for Information (RFI) to the QA Department

## Requirements

- GCE O Level

- Preferably 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity

- Computer savvy

- Proficiency in MS Excel

- Strong teamwork skills

## Other Information

**Location:** Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)

**Work Schedule:** 5 days work week

**Working Hours:** 7:25 am - 5:00 pm
