Join us for a vibrant, future-ready career. ## The Opportunity: Assistant Manager, Marketing The Assistant Manager, Marketing will play a key role in planning and executing marketing campaigns, customer engagement programs, and events. This role will partner closely with Product, Segment, Wealth Marketing, and Cards Marketing teams to deliver impactful customer experiences, support business growth, and strengthen the Bank's value propositions. ## Key Responsibilities ### Marketing Communications - Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives across digital and offline channels. - Coordinate campaign timelines, creative assets, and marketing materials to ensure timely and accurate delivery. - Assist in the development of customer communications, marketing content, and campaign collateral. - Liaise with internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to facilitate campaign execution. - Monitor campaign performance and support the preparation of reports, insights, and recommendations. - Conduct market and competitor monitoring to support campaign planning and identify new opportunities. - Support budget administration, procurement, and governance processes for marketing activities. ### Events & Customer Engagement - Partner closely with Product, Segment, Wealth Marketing, and Cards Marketing teams to identify opportunities for events and engagement programs that support customer acquisition, engagement, and relationship deepening. - Coordinate event logistics, registrations, venue arrangements, vendors, and on-site operations whenever applicable. - Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver customer engagement programs and partnership initiatives. - Assist in developing event concepts and customer experiences that support engagement objectives. - Support event outreach and participant engagement activities to drive attendance and participation. - Track event attendance, engagement, and feedback, and support post-event reporting. - Research customer interests, lifestyle trends, and emerging event concepts to identify opportunities for future programs. ## Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline. - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
