We're Disability Confident Committed - let our Talent team know if you need any reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process. ## Content and Optimisation Specialist As a Content and Optimisation Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering engaging, customer-first onsite experiences across ASOS's global markets. Sitting at the intersection of content, trading and optimisation, you'll build and maintain homepage experiences that are commercially relevant, on-brand and tailored to regional customer needs. Working closely with Trade, Marketing, Product and Creative teams, you'll execute content plans, support onsite testing programmes, and use performance insights to continuously improve customer engagement. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong attention to detail with creativity, organisation and a passion for fashion and ecommerce. ## Responsibilities - Build, maintain, and optimise homepage experiences across multiple global markets. - Execute content plans that align with commercial priorities, campaigns, and key trading moments. - Localise content to ensure relevance for regional customer audiences rather than relying on a single global approach. - Curate and select imagery that reflects brand guidelines, customer trends, and business objectives. - Partner with Trade, Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to deliver seamless onsite experiences. - Support the rollout and adoption of new digital products, features, and content capabilities. - Contribute to onsite experimentation and testing programmes, applying learnings to future content strategies. - Monitor live content to ensure accuracy, quality, and a consistent customer experience. - Produce and maintain content documentation, processes, and best practice guidelines. - Analyse content performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and conversion. - Stay informed on fashion trends, customer behaviours, and market insights to influence content decisions. - Support our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies. ## Qualifications ### About You - Experience in onsite content, digital trading, ecommerce, or a similar online customer experience role. - Confident using CMS platforms and digital content management tools. - Experience working with performance reporting and translating data into actionable recommendations. - Strong visual and creative judgement, with an eye for fashion, imagery, and customer experience. - Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining content accuracy. - Comfortable working cross-functionally with a range of stakeholders. - Proactive and solutions-focused, with a continuous improvement mindset. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel. - Experience with tools such as Sitecore, Adobe, Mixpanel, Cloudinary, or Monday.com is advantageous. - Passion for fashion, ecommerce, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. ## Benefits - Employee discount (hello ASOS discount!) - Employee sample sales - 25 days paid annual leave + an extra celebration day for a special moment - Private medical care scheme - Fixed Annual Payment in addition to your salary each year, it's just an extra thank you from us. - Opportunity for personalised learning and in-the-moment experiences that enable you to thrive and excel in your role.
