Our Summer Business Management Internship Programme is designed to simulate our core Business Graduate Programme, giving you genuine insight into a career with LSEG. As an intern, you will join one of our flagship trading services: London Stock Exchange, LSEG FX, Tradeweb, Turquoise, or LCH, our global leading multi-asset clearing houses. We assist customers across the trade lifecycle, ensuring compliance and efficiency in clearing and reporting obligations, while providing access to diverse liquidity pools across various asset classes to foster growth worldwide. The demanding nature of this division requires instant reaction capabilities alongside long-term vision. Interns can gain exposure across diverse areas: - Solving problems for our FX customers by understanding their goals, maintaining relationships, keeping them informed, and managing post-sale activities. - Conducting research and analysis on global markets, which may focus on debt listings, valuations, and shareholder or geographic analysis. - Delivering business intelligence, driving strategic initiatives, and implementing operational improvements. - Working within Risk teams, involving the monitoring and analysis of risks and interpreting data in preparation for risk projects or reporting. Joining as an intern allows you to be an individual contributor, assist in the product lifecycle, and develop specialized skills as part of a collaborative team. During the recruitment process, we will assess your skills and interests to ensure a strong match with the business needs. To be eligible, you must be a penultimate year undergraduate student who will complete all course requirements by Summer 2028. These are substantial, real roles.
