Our Summer Business Management Programme is designed to simulate our Business Graduate Programme, giving you insight into what a career with LSEG could be like. LSEG is at the forefront of trading services, which are a fundamental part of the financial and transactional services that support and enhance the development of businesses and economies worldwide. As an intern, you will join one of our flagship trading services, including the London Stock Exchange, LSEG FX, Tradeweb, Turquoise or LCH, our global leading multi-asset clearing house. We help customers across the trade life cycle by ensuring compliance and efficiency in clearing and reporting obligations, while providing access to diverse liquidity pools across various asset classes. Through this work, we support growth for customers, communities and economies worldwide. The dynamic nature of the division means that interns and graduates work in a fast-paced environment where immediate reaction and long-term vision are equally important. ## Programme Experience During the programme, you may gain exposure to areas including: - Solving problems for FX customers, understanding their business goals, maintaining relationships with existing customers, keeping them informed and managing post-sale activity. - Conducting research and analysis into global markets, with a potential focus on debt listings, valuations, and shareholder and geographic analysis. - Delivering business intelligence, strategic initiatives and operational improvements. - Monitoring and analysing risks, interpreting data and supporting the delivery of risk projects or reporting. As an intern, you will contribute individually, assist with the product life cycle and work collaboratively to develop specialist skills.
