## Intern - Buy-out Fund of Funds

**Contract Type:** 6 Months

**Location:** Paris or London

With €14.0 billion in investor commitments, Access Capital Partners is one of the leading private asset managers in Europe. Our Buy-out Fund of Funds team, located in Paris, London, Brussels, and Helsinki, invests in both primary commitments (selecting the best-performing buy-out funds in Europe) and secondary transactions (LP stakes and GP-leds).

## Responsibilities

We are seeking an Intern to assist our Buy-out Fund of Funds investment team. Key responsibilities include:

    
- Supporting due diligence on primary commitments and secondary transactions.
    
- Preparing investment recommendations.
    
- Conducting financial modelling.
    
- Monitoring portfolios.
    
- Developing and screening the pipeline of opportunities.
    
- Supporting the team in day-to-day tasks.

## Requirements

    
- Graduated or due to graduate from a leading university or graduate school.
    
- Previous internship experience in private equity, investment banking, or transaction services at a leading audit firm is beneficial.
    
- Solid understanding of private equity funds and corporate finance.
    
- Strong quantitative skills.
    
- Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Financial modelling skills will be highly valued.
    
- Professional fluency in English is required; fluency in other European languages is an advantage.
    
- Intellectual rigor, with the ability to work efficiently and in an organized manner.
    
- Good interpersonal skills.
    
- A valid working permit in the European Union (if applying for Paris) or the UK (if applying for London).
