## Role details

## Job Responsibilities

- Manage and expand relationships with institutional clients including banks, asset managers, and insurance companies.

- Develop new Financial Technology products in response to market needs and financial innovations.

- Lead product development and iteration processes in partnership with the Algorithm and Technology Team.

- Understand, synthesize, and develop marketing plans for the firm's systematic investment strategies.

- Represent the firm in various capacities, including at large public events and in front of investors.

- Participate in the firm's overseas expansion projects, including in Japan and Singapore.

## Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree or above, majoring in Finance/Economics or a related discipline.

- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

- Passion for the Fintech and asset management industry.

- Ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines and work independently.

- Familiarity with financial market theory and the financial system.

- 0-2 years of relevant work experience.

## Personality Fit

- Take ownership of assigned tasks and features.

- Passion for the Fin-tech field and Financial Markets.
