As a Product Development & Channels Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from identifying customer needs and market opportunities to supporting the delivery of digital solutions. Your ability to think critically, solve problems, and communicate effectively will help drive impactful improvements and successful project outcomes. ## What You Will Do (Responsibilities) - **Product Discovery:** Support the gathering and analysis of user requirements to identify opportunities for product enhancements and improved customer experiences. - **Market Research & Benchmarking:** Conduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to support product development and strategic decision-making. - **Product Development Support:** Assist in the tracking and coordination of system enhancements, product features, and digital banking initiatives. - **Stakeholder Engagement:** Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to support project implementation and delivery. - **Data Analysis & Reporting:** Support the preparation of management reports, business insights, and performance dashboards to facilitate decision-making. - **User Acceptance Testing (UAT):** Assist in testing system enhancements and new functionalities to ensure solutions meet business and customer requirements. - **Project Coordination:** Support project planning, progress tracking, documentation, and follow-up on key deliverables. - **Ad-hoc Tasks:** Provide support on other product development, channel management, and strategic initiatives as assigned. ### Who You Will Work With Global Transaction Banking delivers innovative cash management, trade finance, and digital banking solutions that enable businesses to operate seamlessly across markets.
