This role offers hands-on exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Agentic AI, workflow automation, digital product management, and business process improvement. The intern will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and AI engineers to identify automation opportunities, research emerging technologies, develop proof-of-concepts, and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate must be able to understand both business and technical requirements and communicate effectively with business users as well as software and AI engineers. ## Key Responsibilities ### AI & Automation Projects - Research and evaluate AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and automation platforms. - Assist in the development and testing of AI-driven solutions and automation workflows. - Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. - Support the implementation of AI and workflow automation use cases. ### Business Process Improvement - Study existing business workflows to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization. - Map current and future-state business processes. - Analyze operational pain points and recommend practical improvements. ### Product & Market Research - Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research focused on AI, fintech, and digital products. - Gather insights to support product roadmap planning and prioritization. - Evaluate technology trends and prepare recommendations for management review. ### Documentation & Analysis - Prepare business requirement documents, process flows, use case documentation, and project reports. - Develop workflow diagrams and maintain project documentation repositories. - Assist in knowledge management and documenting best practices. ## Requirements & Skills ### Education Undergraduate pursuing a degree in one of the following: Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Engineering, or Related disciplines. ### Preferred Skills - Strong interest in AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Digital Transformation. - Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent. - Basic understanding of software development concepts, APIs, and system integrations. - Exposure to Python, SQL, workflow automation tools, or low-code platforms is advantageous. - Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies independently. ### Core Competencies - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent research and documentation capabilities. - Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. - Highly proactive, resourceful, and self-driven. - Strong attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of assigned projects. ## Learning Outcomes At the end of the internship, the intern is expected to: - Deliver at least one AI or automation proof-of-concept. - Propose viable business process improvement opportunities. - Produce product and technology research to support roadmap decisions. - Create comprehensive business and technical documentation. - Demonstrate the ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. ## Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for a highly motivated individual who: - Has a passion for AI and emerging technologies. - Enjoys solving business problems using technology. - Is comfortable working with data, systems, and automation tools. - Can speak the common language of Product Managers, Business Users, Developers, and AI Engineers. - Is eager to contribute to real-world digital transformation initiatives within the financial services industry.
