Our Credit Assessment System (CAS) has recently been upgraded with machine learning capabilities to automate credit limit approval decisions from sales representatives. We are now looking to further enhance the system to support other customer journey processes, driving greater automation and smarter credit risk management. The department is also expanding its use of AI-Agents and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to streamline other workflows. As a Business Analyst Intern, you will split your time between improving our CAS AI system and developing practical AI-Agent and RPA automation solutions. This role provides real exposure to how these tools operate in a regulated financial setting while delivering useful process improvements. ### In This Role, You Will: - Enhance your analytical expertise and broaden your understanding of credit assessment processes by evaluating individual financial profiles and assessing their creditworthiness. - Learn how to evaluate and validate an operational AI credit-assessment model, building a strong foundation in understanding how AI behaves in production and how its outputs are assessed in real business environments. - Work closely with credit risk managers, automation specialists, and system owners, gaining valuable insights into how Risk, Operations, and Technology teams collaborate. - Strengthen communication skills and develop an understanding of how technology is deployed across an organization. - Gain insights into the brokerage industry while learning about critical systems such as the Risk Management System, Order Management System, and various other information databases. ### What We Are Looking For: We value the diverse skills and perspectives that each intern contributes. While meeting every requirement in full may not be necessary, familiarity or developing expertise in the following areas would improve your ability to thrive in this opportunity: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records in the internal knowledge base. - Familiarity with AI-Agent and RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Copilot Studio, Power Automate) or low-code tools is advantageous; deep coding experience is not required.
