We are seeking ambitious students to join our 2027 Summer Internship Program within Group Internal Consulting. ## What You Will Do As an intern, you will: - Propose ideas and bring improvements to life for the business. - Solve problems and craft actionable solutions across transformation and integration projects. - Present insights internally by transforming complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations. ## Your Team and The Role You will be working in Group Internal Consulting, located in London. Our team is dynamic, driven, and diverse, consisting of over 750 people across 5 global regions. As part of the firm’s Group Integration Office, we partner closely with all divisions and functions to drive transformation and change across UBS, supporting the firm in achieving its strategic goals. ## Candidate Expertise and Qualifications We are looking for a candidate who: - Is in the penultimate or final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree program. - Is on track for at least a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate degree. - Possesses values aligned with ours: hardworking, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative. - Is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills. - Is motivated to thrive in a business with high demands and tight deadlines. - Can demonstrate how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency.
