Its private credit business offers bespoke asset-backed capital solutions across real estate, hard asset, and financial asset markets, targeting small and mid-cap opportunities where limited access to traditional financing creates attractive risk-adjusted investment opportunities. ## Responsibilities - Assist in the analysis of the Portfolio, including monthly financial performance reviews, budget monitoring, and buy/hold/sell recommendations. - Support the preparation and monitoring of asset-level business plans and value creation initiatives. - Assist with the evaluation and oversight of development and capital expenditure projects, where applicable. - Aid in the preparation of quarterly investor reporting material. - Analyze the financial impact of capital events, including dispositions, recapitalizations, and debt refinancings. - Analyze leasing trends, competitive property sets, supply/demand data, and other market-level information. - Support the creation of Investment Committee memoranda for dispositions or other capital calls. - Help maintain joint venture projection and asset management models. - Collaborate with operating partners, joint venture partners, and lenders throughout the asset management process. - Complete site inspections of existing and/or under-development properties, coupled with market and competitive set analysis. - Participate in weekly meetings to discuss portfolio and asset performance, covering topics such as distressed assets, upcoming sales, approaching loan maturities, and joint venture partner relationship status. - Perform ad hoc financial modeling projects designed to improve the efficiency of asset management's investment performance review. ## Requirements - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with an anticipated graduation in Summer 2027 or a recent graduate. - Core knowledge of finance and accounting is preferred. - Possess broad-based analytical skills. - Demonstrate extensive working knowledge of Excel. - Show a strong interest in real estate.
