We are looking for individuals passionate about technology who consistently exceed client expectations, both in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality outcomes. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and delivering solutions in response to managed services requests from customers. As a subject matter expert in Diligent's solutions, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and an exceptional client experience. This role is open to candidates based in Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship; applicants must already have the legal right to work in their country of residence. Candidates based in one of our office locations within Singapore, Australia, or New Zealand are expected to work from the office at least 50% of the time, aligning with our hybrid working policy. For candidates based elsewhere within these countries where we do not have an office, remote working arrangements will be considered. ## Key Responsibilities This role involves delivering Professional Services across the entire customer journey and/or product enablement lifecycle. Key duties include: - Assisting PS management, CS team, and other stakeholders (e.g., Sales, PM, PMM, or Marketing) at various stages of the customer lifecycle. - Leveraging Domain, Industry, and Product expertise to advise customers on best practices for solution rollout and project execution. - Continuously developing Domain and Product expertise through learning to guide customers on best practices. - Building confidence to lead implementation processes independently, including direct engagement with the customer. - Working with clients to understand their program goals and data collection/processing methods. - Utilizing the Diligent methodology to configure and implement our product, enabling customer use. - Providing guidance on product best practices and usage to achieve optimal results. - Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the implementation journey. - Ensuring timely and quality delivery of contracted services. - Collaborating with Delivery Managers to ensure new service requests are handled appropriately or routed to the correct teams. ## Required Qualifications To be considered for an interview, candidates should possess the following essentials: - Approximately 12+ months of relevant experience in consulting, professional services, SaaS implementation, customer success, or a related client-facing role. - A Customer First mindset in all undertakings, operating with urgency, excellence, and accountability to customer outcomes and experiences. - A good understanding of, or a strong willingness to learn, GRC disciplines such as governance, risk, audit, compliance, internal controls, or information security. - The ability to learn Diligent products and apply product/domain knowledge to customer requirements. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to support presentations and workshops. - Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers. - A genuine passion for GRC (i.e., governance, audit, compliance, internal controls, information security, etc.). ## Behavioural Attributes We look for candidates demonstrating: - Effective time management and organization skills, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - A consistently high-quality work ethic, including attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to processes and procedures when working with stakeholders and customers. - A willingness to problem-solve, learn new skills, and thrive in a changing environment. - The ability to effectively engage customer personnel in solution discussions to resolve issues related to GRC requirements and goals. ## Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following attributes would be beneficial: - Experience with GRC and/or analytics tools. - Experience working with platform-based products/solutions. - An undergraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Risk Management, Accounting and Audit, Compliance Management, Legal & Ethics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Security, or MIS). - Relevant Professional GRC accreditation (planned, in progress, or obtained) (e.g., CIA, CA, CGA, CMA, CPA, CFE, CISA, CRISC, CISSP). ## About Diligent Diligent is the AI leader in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) SaaS solutions, helping more than 1 million users and 700,000 board members clarify risk and elevate governance.
