You will gain invaluable industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments. You will participate in projects that directly affect our business, interact with senior leaders in conversational settings, and network with employees and interns across our offices. This 10-week internship provides you with realistic experiences of working at Guardian. Interns may have the opportunity to be considered for Guardian's Finance Leadership Development Program upon successful completion of the internship. The salary for this position will ultimately be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation. ### Eligibility Requirements - Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future for employment-based work authorization. F-1 visa holders with Optional Practical Training (OPT) who will require H-1B status, TNs, or current H-1B visa holders will not be considered.
