The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship designed for early career talent to gain firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. Participants will develop skills at Binance, understand the world's leading blockchain ecosystem, and benefit from networking opportunities to build transferable skills for career advancement. ## Who May Apply - Current university students and recent graduates. _Terms of employment or engagement are subject to contract and applicable local laws._ ## Responsibilities - **AI Products:** Work as a core member on company-level AI initiatives from concept to launch, covering industry research, product definition, prototype review, user testing, and post-launch data analysis. - **DeFi (Stablecoin) Products:** Track market trends, leading competitors, and on-chain data; produce decision-ready research memos. Contribute to product design, write Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), follow projects through development and launch, and support early-stage ecosystem partnership conversations. - **Cross-Functional Project Management:** Act as a key coordinator across multiple parallel workstreams, driving alignment on goals, pacing, and risks to keep complex projects on track. - **Decision Support:** Help produce internal and external materials, providing bilingual (Chinese/English) writing and translation, alongside industry and data insights that feed directly into business decisions. - **Tool Utilization:** Use AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) as a daily working habit to scale personal output. ## Requirements ### Required - Currently enrolled in Finance or Computer Science (or a related field); senior undergraduate or graduate students preferred. Dual-degree (Finance + CS / AI) is a plus. - Fully bilingual in Chinese and English—able to write memos, emails, and meeting notes independently in both languages and switch fluently in bilingual settings. - Genuine interest and basic understanding of the industry. Hands-on trading or on-chain experience is preferred; must be able to clearly articulate usage and decision-making rationale. - Active interest and hands-on exploration in AI, supported by demonstrable personal projects, demos, writing, or GitHub work.
