## Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

- Support the design, development, enhancement, and delivery of payment systems and technology solutions.

- Participate in system analysis, design discussions, coding, testing, and implementation activities.

- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.

- Support troubleshooting, issue investigation, and resolution activities within the payments ecosystem.

- Collaborate with business and technology teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Contribute to project documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

- Provide support on other assigned projects and tasks.

## The Team

Group Engineering, within the Group Operations & Technology Division, is key to driving the bank's technology transformation. The team delivers secure, scalable, and innovative solutions supporting the bank’s businesses, customers, and operations.

As part of the Payments Engineering team, you will work alongside experienced software engineers, solution architects, and technology professionals building and enhancing the bank's payments capabilities. You will gain exposure to enterprise systems, modern engineering practices, and the technologies powering digital banking experiences.

## Candidate Profile

- Currently pursuing or recently completed an Undergraduate, Graduate, or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong logical and analytical thinking skills.

- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar technologies.

- Interest in software engineering, enterprise systems, and system design.

- Eagerness to learn new technologies and the payments domain.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach to challenges.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

- Proactive, adaptable, and open to learning and feedback.
