You will analyze client needs, develop customer-centric solutions, and provide guidance to improve customer interactions. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client projects while developing your skills to deliver quality work. In this role, you will design customer journey maps and offer support to create seamless and personalized experiences that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
