This programme is designed to simulate our Engineering Associate Programme, offering you a realistic view of a career in Technology and Engineering at LSEG. ### Eligibility Criteria To be eligible, candidates must: - Be in their junior year of undergraduate studies. - Be expected to complete all course requirements by Summer 2028. - Be studying a STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics). ### What You Will Gain During your internship, you will have the opportunity to explore potential career paths by working within our D&A, Markets, Risk Intelligence, FTSE Russell, and I&C Engineering functions. Roles can vary widely, from development and programming to business analysis and tech project management. We will assess your skills and interests during recruitment to place you in the best-suited team. These are real roles. Our 9-week summer interns play a crucial part in the success of our organization, just as a graduate would. ## What We Are Looking For We are passionate about recruiting individuals interested in a career in Technology who wish to understand the full breadth of our business and contribute to our growth and diversification. The anticipated base salary for this position is $55,500 - $92,500. Please note that base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city, and state. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan, with target variable compensation commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will reflect job-related knowledge, skills, and equivalent experience.
