## Job Summary

The Analyst supports the department’s planning, coordination, oversight, and governance processes. Operating at the team (squad) level or within a defined scope across the department, the role executes specialist tasks according to established guidelines in partnership with individuals and teams.

As an individual contributor, the Analyst supports teams by ensuring standards, processes, and practices are upheld and consistently applied. This role provides analysis and reporting for key departmental delivery and supports continuous improvement activities.

## Key Responsibilities

    
- Manage the processing of Purchase Orders (POs) accurately, ensuring compliance with financial controls, coding standards, and contract terms, and resolving exceptions in a timely manner.
    
- Provide oversight for Goods Receipting and Invoice Approval processes, coordinating with Contract Managers across the department. This includes ensuring the appropriate recipient of goods is correctly assigned in the system, validating setups, monitoring exceptions, and following up with designated receivers and reporting as required.
    
- Undertake budget management activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission in line with defined standards.
    
- Support the Principal & CIO Office with planning, budget & contract management, reporting, and analysis processes, as required.
    
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of annual structured Technology programmes (such as AI upskilling) for countries of operation, in collaboration with stakeholders in Regional Offices (ROs), as defined by the MD IT & Leadership Team.
    
- Support project management and coordination for key Technology initiatives, such as strategic partnerships or externally focused programmes, as defined by the MD IT & Leadership Team.

## Qualifications and Experience

### Essential Requirements

    
- Educated to degree level or able to demonstrate equivalent experience.
    
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    
- Strong organizational skills, and a proactive and flexible attitude toward work.
    
- Good stakeholder engagement skills.
    
- Ability to exercise judgment and handle confidential/sensitive information and data discreetly.
    
- Proven ability to multi-task while remaining calm and professional.
    
- Highly computer literate, proficient in Windows 365 applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    
- Knowledge or experience of budget administration, financial controls, and supporting budget tracking or forecasting activities.
    
- Ability to analyze, validate, and reconcile financial and administrative information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    
- Experience supporting purchasing, invoicing, expenses, or similar administrative finance processes.
    
- Strong customer and service orientation when working with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
    
- Understanding of technology costs, cost drivers, and commercial principles.
    
- Experience supporting or coordinating structured programmes, initiatives, or projects involving multiple stakeholders across departments or locations.
    
- Good project coordination skills, including tracking actions, maintaining plans, monitoring progress, and escalating risks or issues where required.

### Desirable Qualifications

    
- Knowledge of SAP (financials and expenses) or similar financial systems.
    
- An accounting or bookkeeping qualification, or equivalent practical experience.
