## Program Overview: 2026 NY Women’s Insight Day

Ardea Partners invites a select cohort of exceptional women and women-identifying students to attend our 2026 NY Women’s Insight Day. Participants will gain deeper insight into the firm, hear directly from senior leaders, and network with bankers. Select attendees will be offered a guaranteed first-round interview for Ardea Partners’ 2028 summer internship program.

To qualify as a participant for Ardea’s 2026 Women’s Insight Day in New York, you must:
