This role sits within Risk and Broking, which offers a broad range of risk advisory services. In this position, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of global marketing campaigns and activities across WTW Natural Resources, requiring collaboration with business teams and marketing colleagues worldwide. Although the role is based in London, WTW maintains a flexible workstyle that incorporates a blend of working from home and office attendance. You will be joining a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, offering opportunities to work on diverse projects with multiple global stakeholders. If you have a desire to grow, we will provide the support and opportunities to make it happen. ## Responsibilities ### Marketing Delivery - Provide key support to the Marketing Director in delivering the marketing plan and all its elements, including digital, social media, email marketing, and events. - Coordinate and liaise with regional and global marketing colleagues, including the Centers of Excellence (Communications, Design, PR, Events, Digital, and Research/Analytics) as required, to deliver campaigns and programs. - Coordinate the global podcast series, encompassing planning meetings, recording and editing, digital upload, and external promotion. - Deliver support utilizing platforms such as Cvent, Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, Wrike, Contact Monkey, and ON24. - Support the Marketing Director in the delivery of both digital and face-to-face client events. - Evaluate marketing campaigns through digital data analysis to ensure activities contribute to achieving company sales goals. - Actively support project execution, delivering with urgency and accountability. ### Stakeholder Relationships - Develop strong working relationships with other marketing team members to ensure a consistent approach to marketing activities. - Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing activity consistently supports sales growth targets and is measurable through alignment with sales reporting tools (CRM). - Develop and maintain good relationships with key individuals within the Specialty/Campaign, both in Great Britain and globally, by understanding their business issues and providing proactive advice. ### Business Awareness - The role is London-based, with periodic travel to other locations required. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the products, services, and solutions offered by the Line of Business/Campaign to clients. - Understand the importance of global connectivity for the growth of global business teams and collaboration with industry initiatives. ### General Conduct - Offer assistance and accept support from colleagues to accomplish marketing activities and priorities. - Operate within WTW’s agreed policies, procedures, and core values, demonstrating a consistent and corporate approach. ## Applying to this role This Global Marketing Coordinator role at WTW runs through the firm's own careers portal and expects a CV and cover letter written specifically for the posting, not a portable submission carried across firms.
