## About the Role

This role works closely with healthcare staff to support effective communication and contributes to smooth clinic operations by assisting with administrative duties and undertaking tasks as assigned by the Clinic Manager.

### Responsibilities

    
- Generate and consolidate concise summaries of medical reports using established templates and doctors’ comments.
    
- Ensure all reports are accurate, clear, and compliant with clinic standards, delivered in a timely manner.
    
- Work closely with healthcare staff to facilitate seamless communication.
    
- Assist with other administrative tasks required to support clinic operations.
    
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Clinic Manager.

### Requirements

    
- Education: F.5/DSE or above.
    
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    
- Fast and accurate typing skills in both English and Chinese.
    
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    
- Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks.
    
- Ability to handle sensitive patient data with strict confidentiality.
    
- Experience in clinic-related work is preferred.
    
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
