## Job Responsibilities

    
- Execute self-served marketing campaigns and/or initiatives across multiple markets (Singapore, Hong Kong, Philippines, Malaysia, and Taiwan).
    
- Support campaign channels setup, audience segments, internal communications, and data analysis for all markets.
    
- Educate and nurture paid users through internal campaigns that teach them how to use Carousell's products and tools effectively.
    
- Measure the effectiveness of each campaign and generate new ideas to improve user engagement and conversions at every stage of the user journey.
    
- Work with the design team to produce relevant campaign landing pages, web pages, and creative assets.
    
- Utilize AI tools to optimize campaign workflows, audience segmentation, and multi-market content adaptation.

## Qualifications and Requirements

This is a full-time, 6-month internship starting January 2027.

    
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as long as you have a strong interest in the monetization business.
    
- Have excellent communication and copywriting skills in English.
    
- Comfortable with data analysis and reading.
    
- Strong team player who is collaborative and also able to carry out tasks independently while delivering timely results.
    
- Familiarity with leveraging AI to enhance data insights and streamline marketing operations.
    
- Available to commit to full-time work for 6 months.
