We have an exciting opportunity for a Wealth Administrator to join the Wealth Management team in our London office on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will play an integral role in CAR writing. This is a busy and varied position where no two days will be the same. You will provide the best possible service to colleagues and clients as part of a like-minded team that strives to achieve great results while continuously learning and adapting to improved systems and working practices. RBC expects all employees and contractors to work in the office, with flexibility to work remotely up to one day per week. ## What Will You Do? - Communicate with Wealth Managers and their Associates, providing administrative support. - Prepare and process all new client documentation and amendments. - Monitor transfers of assets and cash from other institutions. - Support ISA subscriptions and transfers. - Process client payments. - Liaise with colleagues in Business Support regarding the administration of client accounts. - Ensure client details and reviews are recorded correctly in systems. - Maintain records and electronic files. - Adhere to Conduct Risk standards. ## What Do You Need to Succeed? ### Must-Have Qualifications and Skills - Experience in administration within the discretionary wealth management sector is preferred. - Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite and Outlook is essential. - Excellent attention to detail. - A proactive approach. ### Nice-to-Have Qualifications and Skills - Awareness of the MiFID II legislative framework. ## What Is in It for You?
