The overall objective of this role is to build customer relationships, foster loyalty, and help increase sales to individual consumer clients. ## Responsibilities - Assist existing customers with basic account opening. - Provide service to internal and external customers and resolve account service issues. - Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures. - Refer opportunities to segment partners when appropriate. - Identify sales opportunities during service transactions and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively. - Support branch sales and service activities by participating in seminars, micromarketing events, promotional campaigns, product initiatives, and related activities. - Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures, to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets. - Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, with particular consideration for the firm's reputation and the protection of Citi, its clients, and its assets. - Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations; adhere to policies; apply sound ethical judgment; and escalate, manage, and report control issues transparently. ## Qualifications - 1–3 years of relevant experience. - Previous retail banking or similar experience required. - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. ## Education - High school diploma or equivalent. ## Position Details - **Job Family Group:** Consumer Sales - **Job Family:** Branch Sales - **Time Type:** Part time - **Primary Location:** Great Neck, New York, United States - **Anticipated Posting Close Date:** September 23, 2026 ## Compensation - **Primary Location Full-Time Salary Range:** $50,030.00–$65,270.00 annually - **Hourly Rate:** $24.05–$31.37 The salary shown is for full-time positions and will be prorated for part-time hires based on the number of hours worked.
