The successful candidate will play an integral role in the day-to-day ongoing administration of client accounts. This is a busy and varied role, and no two days will be the same. You will provide the best possible service to our colleagues and clients as part of a cohort of like-minded individuals who strive to achieve great results while constantly learning and adapting to improving systems and working practices. **Note:** RBC’s expectation is that all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely. ## What You Will Do (Responsibilities) - Communicate with Wealth Managers and their Associates, providing administrative support. - Preparation and processing of all new client documentation and amendments. - Monitor transfers of assets/cash from other institutions. - Support ISA subscriptions and transfers. - Processing of client payments. - Liaise with colleagues within Business Support regarding client account administration. - Ensure client details and reviews are recorded correctly on systems. - General record keeping and electronic filing. - Adhering strictly to Conduct Risk standards. ## Qualifications ### Must-Have Requirements - Experience in administration within the discretionary wealth management sector is preferred. - Intermediate knowledge of Office 365 Suite and Outlook is essential. - Excellent attention to detail. - Proactive individual. ### Nice-to-Have Qualifications - Awareness of MiFID II legislative framework. ## About the Opportunity We thrive on the challenge to be our best—fostering progressive thinking to keep growing and working together to deliver trusted advice that helps our clients thrive and communities prosper.
