Our Associates assist clients in meeting obligations or remediating failures related to anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and other regulatory mandates through expert subject matter knowledge, global research capabilities, and advanced technology tools. Express your interest and become a key player in supporting our clients with a risk-based approach. ## Navigating Responsibilities - Conduct due diligence research using public record databases, commercial and proprietary databases, and news and internet sources across various jurisdictions. - Collaborate with investigators to interview trusted in-country sources regarding the background, reputation, and current status of a due diligence investigation. - Apply knowledge of regulations and statutes, including the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, UK Bribery Act, and EU GDPR, to daily work. - Coordinate with Kroll’s global teams to identify fraud, sanction risks, and regulatory violations involving the subjects of a due diligence investigation. - Analyze and synthesize relevant research findings into narrative reports to provide accurate background, reputation, and risk profile assessments. - Manage multiple projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced and collaborative environment while meeting tight deadlines. ## The Ideal Candidate Qualifications - **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; social sciences are preferred but not required. - **Language Skills:** Full Professional Proficiency in English (reading, written, and spoken).
