Your opportunity starts here. ## Role Overview Perform order management and settlement for investment products such as equities, bonds, ELI/ELN, unit trusts, and structured deposits. The role also supports ad hoc assignments, prepares weekly and monthly statistical reports, manages commission rebates and promotion programme results, and handles financial data. ## Responsibilities - Perform order management and settlement for investment products, including equities, bonds, unit trusts, structured products, SDS, and foreign stocks, using bank systems such as ibroker, T24, IVS, and CBS. - Operate custodian platforms for order settlement, including Clearstream and Euroclear. - Prepare dealing forms for fund houses. - Manage stock and unit trust monthly investment plans. - Handle IPO stock and bond subscription and settlement tasks. - Manage physical share deposits and withdrawals. - Prepare statistical reports. - Handle payment instructions. - Conduct cash transaction vouchers. - Reconcile monthly statements and reports. - Handle branch enquiries and follow up as required. - Attend system training, prepare standard operating procedures, and assist with user acceptance testing projects. ## Requirements - Associate degree or above. - At least 1–2 years of experience working in financial institutions. - Knowledge of equities and fixed-income products. - Good PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ## What We Offer Competitive base salary, a suite of holistic and flexible benefits to suit every lifestyle, community initiatives, and industry-leading learning and professional development opportunities.
